PracticeForms Pro sells one-time digital purchases that unlock instant access to document generators. Because access and downloadable content are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final.
14-day satisfaction window
If the product did not work as described, or you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from generating documents, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, issue a refund of your one-time purchase.
What is not refundable
Refunds are not available simply because documents were generated and downloaded, or because a template required customization for your specific business or jurisdiction. Upgrade payments that credited a prior purchase are evaluated on the same basis as the original purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@glhcs.com with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
